Customer Service
By purchasing any of our products you indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Please note that electronic and verbal acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and us will only take place upon despatch of your goods.
Delivery
1 We will only deliver to addresses with a UK Postcode. Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of the UK.
2. Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds.
3. We will only deliver to the Paypal registered address unless proof of identity can be provided in the form of a scanned photo of one of the following:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Government identity card
This should be e-mailed to id@regentechnology.com.
4. Delivery costs to UK (and VAT) are inclusive in the price. However, delivery to the Channel Islands and remote parts of the country may incur an additional charge.
5. We do not allow you to collect your order for reasons of security and efficiency, no matter how local you are to us.
Payment
6. Upon conclusion of the transaction you will be sent an e-mail with our Checkout instructions and upon payment you will receive confirmation of the transaction details from PayPal.
7. We only accept Paypal as a method of payment.
8. Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) but only after receipt of cleared funds.
Non-payment
9. All customers must complete the checkout process within 24 hours to avoid the item being relisted.
General
10. You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your order and/or bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.
11. Many of the photographs used are library images and we are therefore not responsible for any colour variances, style updates or differences in cosmetic condition to the one shown. We guarantee to send you the specification as advertised in the product description.
12. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
13a. Goods purchased for personal use; You have the right to change your mind within 8 calendar days of receipt of your order as per the Distance Selling Act 2000 providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind under the Distance Selling Act 2000 then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 10% of the price paid for the item(s) shall be allocated to the delivery part of your order. This amount is non-refundable when goods are returned under the Distance Selling Act 2000.
13b. Regen Technology reserve the right at any stage during the order process to cancel and refund an order in full, without explanation.
14. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to Regen Technology Limited within 24 hours of delivery by sending an e-mail to enquiries@regentechnology.com. Failure to do so may render any claim invalid.
Warranty, Returns & Technical Support
15. If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, please e-mail support@regentechnology.com. We endeavor to answer all queries within 1 working day.
16. Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer’s warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer/agent and not Regen Technology Limited.
17. Where goods under warranty cannot be repaired they will be replaced by the manufacturer/agent and not Regen Technology Limited.
18. If you have an item covered by a Regen Technology warranty then we are unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, we will e-mail you with instructions for the return of goods.
19. Item(s) returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.
20. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure any item(s) authorised for return are sufficiently packaged. Delivery back to Regen Technology is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend adequate insurance is in place.
21. If an item(s) is deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt, Regen Technology will collect. After 7 days the responsibility of return (and all costs associated with it) passes to the buyer.
Liability
22. Regen Technology Limited believes the information on this website to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inadvertent errors. No warranty or representation (express or implied) concerning the accuracy of the information provided is given and customers should satisfy themselves that any product choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
