Shipping & Delivery
Shipment will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving cleared funds.
Items are shipped by UPS or Royal Mail depending on the item.
UPS delivery is on a Next Day service between 9am and 5pm.

We may from time to time send of offers and promotions using the e-mail address provided. Should you wish to be removed from this group then please fell free to e-mail us at unsubscribe@regentechnology.com and we’ll be happy to remove you.
We will only deliver to the Paypal registered address unless proof of identity can be provided in the form of a scanned photo of one of the following:
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- Government identity card
This should be e-mailed to id@regentechnology.com.
Returns & Replacements
For goods purchased for personal use, you have the right to change your mind within 8 calendar days of receipt of your order as per the Distance Selling Act 2000 providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind under the Distance Selling Act 2000 then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 10% of the price paid for the item(s) shall be allocated to the delivery part of your order. This amount is non-refundable when goods are returned under the Distance Selling Act 2000.
Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to Regen Technology Limited within 24 hours of delivery by sending an e-mail to enquiries@regentechnology.com.
All items are in a used working condition and come with a strict 30 day Return to Base warranty provided by Regen Technology unless stated otherwise.
If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, please e-mail support@regentechnology.com. We endeavor to answer all queries within 1 working day. If an item(s) is deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt, Regen Technology will collect. After 7 days the responsibility of return passes to the buyer. If you have an item covered by a Regen Technology warranty then we are unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, we will e-mail you with instructions for the return of goods.
We try to assess returned goods with 2 working days. If the item is deemed faulty by our engineer then we will firstly attempt to repair it. Should that not be viable we will replace it with an equivalent item of at least the same specification. Finally, if all of these options are not viable we will issue a full refund.
Ordering
Upon placement of your order an e-mail will be sent with our Checkout instructions.
When payment has been made you will be sent an e-mail from PayPal confirming the transaction details.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a final e-mail with confirmation together with a tracking number (where relevant).
If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to enquiries@regentechnology.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We only ship to the United Kingdom. Therefore the price you see is the price you pay. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to 99% of the UK. Orders to be dispatched to the Channel Islands or remote parts of the country may be subject to an additional charge.
